To provide young people with sports activity sessions that cover the Every Child Matters agenda provides young people with physical fitness, healthy lifestyle and well being. After 10 sessions the young people have a chance to obtain their Leeds Award.

To encourage participation and enhance physical fitness. On completion of 10 sessions, a Leeds Award will be accredited to participants. To further enhance the programme the young people will obtain a 3 month pass to any leisure centre across the city to use in the gym, swimming, cardio session and Aireborough climbing wall.
