          But the parks that get built, or the parks that get equipment added to them or re-painted, just get grafitti after a few weeks, and so the council will give up on giving the community new play equipment etc, because it just gets ruined. They should install CCTV, and actually act upon it because dropping litter is a crime yet no one gets done for it and so people still do it. Some parts of Leeds looks like a rubbish tip! Luckily, the village I'm from is kept clean and tidy and there are always flowers being planted, as it is a historical village. If only ALL of Leeds could be like it.
