Breeze House Rules
Members user names will fail if they contain any of the following:
- websites or email addresses
- contain contact information such as phone numbers or postcodes etc
- appear to impersonate someone else
- contain swear words or other offensive language
Breeze reserves the right to withdraw messages which:
- Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
- Are considered to be from someone trying to gain personal information from others
- Are consider to bully any other user or group of users
- Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
- Contain swear words or other language likely to offend
- Break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity. This includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court.
- Advertise products or services for profit or gain
- Are seen to impersonate someone else
- Include contact details such as phone numbers, postal or email addresses
- Are written in anything other than English
- Contain links to other websites or email addresses
- Describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or well-being of others
- Are considered to be 'spam', that is posts containing the same or similar, message posted multiple times
- Are considered to be off-topic for the particular message board
- If an earlier message in a conversation is failed, the rest of that conversation may also be removed
What happens if you break the Breeze Rules
- You will be sent an email informing you why your message has been failed.
- Anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks the rules may be banned from using the Breeze site.
- Breeze reserves the right to edit, move or delete any message, or terminate membership, at any time, for any reason.
- Action will be taken against anyone abusing the complaints system or technical infrastructure

- Under-16s must get permission from a parent or guardian before contributing to the Breeze site
- Breeze does not endorse the content of any website linked to from this service and is not responsible for the content or actions of those sites.
- Breeze welcomes feedback, both positive and negative, about our events and services but please make sure your comments are in line with the above Breeze Rules. Repeatedly posting personal or offensive comments about individual members of the public or people who work for the Council or Breeze may be considered harassment. We reserve the right to remove such messages and take action against those responsible.
