About our judges
This year the Breeze has Talent winners will be chosen by our team of judges led by Laura Jaye of the Ology Performance School. Laura has a vast amount of experience in the performing arts, having been a TV presenter for Sky, had a number one hit single across Europe, as well as now running a performance school and a young persons' casting agency!
At the auditions we were delighted to welcome as judges Katie Chatburn - a talented songwriter and musician who teaches songwriting at Leeds College of Music, Craig Pennington from Rock'n'Roll Circus - the man behind the Rock School project bringing youngsters together to form bands - and Victoria Winterburna finalist from last years' Breeze has Talent. Victoria is currently doing her Arts Award and her amibition is to share her passion and talent for dance by setting up a dance school..
Remember that ALL our performers who auditioned will get a copy of their performance on dvd - these will also be available to view via the Breeze website as soon as they are ready!
Well done to all those who took part - remember: even if you haven't been selected to go forward to compete in the heats but would like to get some more performing experience and take to the stage out of competition, you can still contact the Breeze on Tour team to arrange a short performance slot!
The finals!
