Breeze
Hi, I was wondering if kirkstall abbey event on 24 and 25 aug are suitable for a 3 year old and 1 year old?
Hi Ciara,
As mentioned below Breeze on Tour is not childcare and parents need to make the decision as to whether their child is old enough to be left unsupervised.
If in doubt then come along with them.
Hope this helps
Is this event supervised i.e would it be ok for young people to be dropped off at the venue and picked up when they are finished?
Hi Debbie,
No problem - anyone aged 0 - 18 in the UK can get a Breezecard, hope to see you there!
Hi - I have friends visiting next week from London, they have two children and even though my son has a breeze card, they don't. I was thinking of taking them along to the Kirstall Abbey event. Are they allowed to register for a card even though they don't live in Leeds?
Hi Lucy,
You need to be aware that Breeze is NOT childcare and we do not recommend leaving your children without supervision if they aren't old enough. There is lots of seating around the event so why not bring them along and keep an eye on them.
Hi Jenny,
You can sign your grandson up for a Breezecard at any Breeze event - all Breeze activities are free (charges are only for catering and fairground rides).
He will love the Sports and Challenge activities - just make sure you check his height on arrival as there are height restrictions for safety reasons.
Come along and have fun!
hi my son and his friend are both 10 and his friends mum has sugested dropping them off at the breeze on tour event this week. Will they be safe without an adult with them?
I have a 7year old grandson who has never been to one of your events but I would like to bring him for the day he is a lively active child who likes play and running about, climbing, and kicking a ball,I dont have a breeze card so hope all is free,he loves ball pools, play gyms etc.
hi i have a 5month old baby and i was thinking of going to the temple nesam day today, is there anything for him, like the kids play zone can i get in there with him etc? fell
All children do need a Breezecard but you can register on the gate if you dont have one.
Does everybody need a breeze card to attend this event? I have a 10 month old baby, will he need one?
Thanks :)
claire, your 3 will have a great time! Most of it is free including face painting, just keep them away from the handfull of private fair rides and worst you'l get is nagging for an icecream.
Great event BREEZE!!!!
