Positive Futures and the Lennox Lewis Boxing Academy are offering free boxing classes, for 12 - 16 year olds, at a venue near you!
These classes help young people aged 12 - 16 years old who are not in education, employment or training. As well as boxing training, the Academy will provides education, training and a qualification. The 12-week programme introduces young people to boxing techniques, coaching methods, physical fitness and nutrition leading to a professional qualification that means they can coach future courses.
