Films for young people, by young people!

A group of Leeds' young film lovers are taking over the city's cinemas this February, creating film events for young people, by young people, giving them the opportunity to experience the true magic of seeing films together on the big screen.

The Cine-Takeover! events, supported by Leeds Young Film, Into Film and Cinema First, are far from the ordinary cinema outing: a live drum battle and a tweet-along horror screening accompany some of 2015's most acclaimed films as they return to the big screen, giving a second chance for young people to see films at the cinema they may have missed the first time round.
