​'Creativity for All' is our motto for this one-day mini festival. This year's activities focus on 'play' alongside our Think.Play.Do exhibition. Saturday 18th July. All activities are FREE and open to all ages.
What's On
Broken Art Collective
Join the Broken Art Collective to help build a visually spectacular backdrop, make a costume and take part in a short performance. Come and work together as a family! Suitable for all ages 7+.
Backdrop Building Workshop
10am - 3pm. Drop-In any time

The Deciding Machine with Pyramid of Arts YOYOS Group
10am - 4pm
A mysterious laboratory where you are invited to make a series of apparently innocent choices but where, ultimately, every choice comes with consequences.
Family Art Workshop
Turn Your Drawing Into Sculpture, 11am - 3pm
Drop-in workshop for all the family with Josh Gibbs. Create a drawing and transform it into a 3D sculpture to form a 'mega piece' by the end of the day.
Laikin' Place by Dawn Todd
11am - 6pm
This interactive project takes its name from the old Yorkshire word for 'play' and invites visitors to create your own ideas for a play sculpture that could sit on Brewery Green.
Bar & Kitchen
The Bar & Kitchen will be serving playful picnics across the day and hosting a BBQ if the weather is good. Enjoy a selection of Yorkshire inspired treats on the menu by our new head chef Stefan Burger. Celebrate with us by raising a toast to Joshua Tetley and to your creativity.
