Geraldine Connor Foundation Summer School

The Geraldine Connor Foundation GCF Summer School is a three-week intensive programme for young artists from all backgrounds with ambitions in performing arts. This programme is FREE and will be led by experienced and inspirational artists.
 
WHO?
We are looking for 30 Young Artists aged 16-24 who want to develop their skills in dance, music or theatre.

Participants will require a recommendation from a teacher, artist or creative leader they have worked with. They must be must be committed, aspiration and interested in contemporary performing arts practice. We want to hear from dancers interested in contemporary work and choreography: singers/songwriters interested in music for performance and all aspiring theatre makers from actors to directors.

WHY?
Over three intensive weeks, participants will develop a range of performing arts skills as well as their ability to collaborate with other artist. They will also grow in confidence, push themselves creatively and broaden their horizons.

10am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

HOW ?

- A professional recommendation from a teacher, artist or creative leader you have worked with. All we need is a short paragraph, say 50 words or so which communicate your strengths as a performing artist (THIS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY FROM YOUR REFEREE TO THE ABOVE EMAIL ADDRESS)
